Secondly drill sleeve can’t be too hard, nor too soft, some drill sleeves are made of alloy, high hardness, long service life, but for the drill bit damage is very big, and the cutter cost will be high; too soft drill sleeve service life is short, cannot ensure the precision of the long time.
Finally drill sleeve inner hole size is accurate, the tolerance as small as possible, because it can restrain the motion of the drill bit. Drill sleeve inner hole and outer hole concentricity also has certain requirements, if the concentricity is not high, then the machining accuracy will be low, the cumulative error will increase.
